WHAT'S THE FIRST STEP?
Fill out the Reservation Order Form. After your event, its advised to bring your flowers to INFINITY143 in Arlington Heights (address provided on reservation) no later than 5 days to ensure your flowers are preserved at their optimal state.
IS THERE AN ORDER MINIMUM?
To place an order to preserve your flowers, INFINITY143 kindly ask for a minimum order of $550
IS THERE A DEPOSIT?
To complete your reservation, a nonrefundable deposit of $100 is required. 50% of the total order cost (with the $100 deposit applied) will be due upon dropping off your flowers. The remaining balance must be paid within 5 days after pieces are finished.
THERE ARE NO RESERVATIONS AVAILABLE, CAN YOU STILL PRESERVE MY FLOWERS?
Due to the intricate and time-sensitive nature of the flower preservation process, INFINITY143 has a limited capacity for orders. This ensures that each order receives the necessary attention to create a unique and custom piece. However, last-minute bookings can be accommodated for an additional $95 last-minute booking fee. WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?
To drop off your bouquet and pick your piece(s) at INFINITY143, you need to make an online reservation beforehand as it is currently operating by appointment only.
CAN IÂ SHIP MY FLOWERS TO YOU AND DO YOU OFFER SHIPPING?
For maintaining the freshness of your flowers, it is essential to opt for overnight shipping. In case you decide to ship them to INFNITY143, you will receive detailed instructions on how to pack them correctly. If you want the item(s) to be shipped back to you, kindly provide the address you want them to be shipped to on the reservation form. The shipping and handling charges will be based on the's size and weight
HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?
The duration of the process can extend up to 20 weeks, which is subject to the size of the order, the type of flowers selected (as some flowers take longer to preserve than others), and the time the year (wedding season and holiday season may have longer turnaround times).
WHAT KIND OF FLOWERS CAN YOU PRESERVE?
INFNITY143 can preserve flowers and keepsakes from special occasions such as weddings, funerals, and anniversaries. Both real and faux flowers can be used, except for succulents due to their high moisture content.
MY WEDDING/SPECIAL EVENT WAS MONTHS AGO, CAN YOU STILL MAKE A PIECE FROM MY FLOWERS?
YES! INFINITY143 can make pieces with air dried flowers/petals. You can send me a photo and I can advise you on the best option for your bouquet.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY NEW RESIN PRESERVATION?
Resin preservations may still age despite being taken care of properly. As time passes, the resin's nature may cause it to lose its initial clarity and discolor. To maintain the clarity of your pieces, it is recommended to keep them away from direct or indirect sunlight exposure and high heat environments. It should be noted no manufacturer or artist using epoxy resin can guarantee that their product will never yellow, as most things on earth change in appearance as they age.
