FAQ

WHAT'S THE FIRST STEP?

Fill out the Reservation Order Form. After your event, its advised to bring your flowers to INFINITY143 in Arlington Heights (address provided on reservation) no later than 5 days to ensure your flowers are preserved at their optimal state.

IS THERE A DEPOSIT?

There is a $100 deposit due to complete your reservation.  50% of the order total will be due at flower drop off ($100 deposit will be applied).  The remaining balance will be due when pieces are finished.

WHAT KIND OF FLOWERS CAN YOU PRESERVE?

Flowers from weddings, funerals, anniversaries, etc.  Any flowers/keepsakes from any special occasion.  Real and faux flowers can be preserved into your pieces.

MY WEDDING/SPECIAL EVENT WAS MONTHS AGO, CAN YOU STILL MAKE A PIECE FROM MY FLOWERS?

YES!  I can make pieces with air dried flowers/petals.  You can send me a photo and I can advise you on the best option for your bouquet.

HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?

Process can take up to 20 weeks.  Turnaround time depends on size of order, type of flowers (some flowers can take longer to preserve than others), and time of the year (wedding and holiday season have longer turnaround times).

CAN I SHIP MY FLOWERS TO YOU?

Yes, you must overnight ship your fresh flowers so they can be preserved at their optimal state.  When your designs are ready, you will be notified via email where you can opt for them to be shipped to you.  Shipping costs vary.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY NEW RESIN PRESERVATION?

Even with proper care, resin preservations can still age.  Over time, the nature of resin will discolor losing its initial clarity.  Keeping your pieces away from direct/indirect UV exposure and high heated environments will help prolong your pieces clarity.  Since most things on earth change in appearance as they age, no manufacturer or artist using epoxy resin can guarantee that their product will never yellow.
